The Classic Latte
A simple latte you will need the following ingredients.
- CBD aqua drops
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 teaspoons of honey (alternative to sugar)
- 1-2 teaspoons of your favourite coffee grounds
- 1 cup of milk
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine the sea salt, milk, vanilla extract, honey, and the CBD aqua drops into a saucepan over a low heat temperature. Use the correct dose of CBD that you use.
Heat the ingredients until warm while whisking together.
Fill a mug with coffee-grounds.
Pour the mixture into a prefilled mug, stir and enjoy.
The Caffeine-Free Latte
If you want to opt for a caffeine-free latte then this is a great alternative recipe. The following ingredients are needed:
- CBD aqua drops
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 cup of milk
Instructions
Combine sea salt, milk, cinnamon, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup together in a saucepan.
Cook over a medium heat and bring the ingredients to a simmer. To break up any powder clumps and to mix the syrup whisk the ingredients together.
Once simmered, remove from the heat and then mix CBD aqua drops into the pan.
Serve into a mug and add some cinnamon on top.
The Vegan Latte
The spice latte with pumpkin is a staple during autumn months and it will suit the vegan diet. You will need the following ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups of hemp milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder
- CBD aqua drops
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- Dairy free whipped cream for garnish
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Whisk the pumpkin puree, sea salt, coconut milk, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger together into a sauce pan.
Mix the boiling water and the espresso together in a small bowl. Pour the mixed espresso in with the rest of the ingredients.
Stir in the coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sugar into a saucepan on medium heat.
Keep stirring the mix until the liquid is about to boil, then take it off the heat.
