  • ¼ cup of pomegranate juice
  • ¼ cup of beetroot juice
  • 1ml unflavoured CBD oil
  • ½ cup of plain yogurt

Nut Smoothie

  • 2 drops of unflavoured CBD oil
  • Ice
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 4 unshelled cashews
  • 2 tsp honey

Turmeric Smoothie 

  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1ml unflavoured CBD oil
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice
  • 2 tsp almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger
  • 3 tsp flaxseeds
  • 1 frozen peeled banana

  • ½ cup of frozen blueberries
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1ml unflavoured CBD oil
  • ½ cup of chilled green tea
  • ½ cup of strawberry yogurt
  • ½ cucumber diced
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp honey

Strawberry and Banana Smoothie 

  • 1 banana
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • ½ gram of CBD oil
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla

Pina Colada Smoothie 

  • 1 ml unflavoured CBD oil
  • ¼ cup of coconut milk
  • ½ cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1 peeled frozen banana
  • ½ cup of ice
  • ½ cup of pineapple juice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
