All the above delivery times are estimated and can take longer than quoted. For those customers in the UK who want the quickest possible delivery, we suggest using our guaranteed next day delivery service. Tracking information is available on request.

All our packages are shipped discreetly with no outer markings to suggest its contents. If any customer has any special shipping requests, please leave a comment in the notes of the order. UK customers can select free shipping at checkout when your order comes to over £75.

Returns & Cancellations:

Returns are accepted 14 days after shipment. All returns must be returned in an untampered condition and eligible for resale. An order may be canceled before the 2:00 pm shipping cut off.

If International deliveries are refused by the customer on the grounds of refusing to pay any additional customs charges which may occur, we will not cover or refund the postage price.
