CBD Aqua Drops
Our latest form of hemp oil is one of the best ways to consume CBD due to its high bio-availability. Bio-availability is simply how much the body absorbs. Since the body is mostly made of water this means water soluble products are always more effective.
We recommend either adding 1 serving to a drink or taking sublingually like standard hemp oil.
Taken ‘sublingually’, drop the desired amount under your tongue and hold for 1-2 minutes before swallowing. It can be taken with or without food but preferably 20-30mins after a meal as it may lower your blood sugar.
In terms of dosage we advise to start on approx half of the dose of oil based hemp oil.
Suggested serving: 5 drops – 5mg CBD
