My name is Saul Rogers, I’m 29 years old and I’m a professional Mixed Martial Artist from Bolton. I’ve completed all over the world, from America to Japan and I’ve completed in one of the biggest competitions in Mixed Martial Arts and won every fight. I also have 3 beautiful kids and run my own Mixed Martial Arts facility.

I got into the sport almost 10 years ago.. I was a little unruly growing up and needed to channel my energy into something positive. I joined a local MMA gym in my area and have never looked back since. It hasn’t always been the dream though, I was a plumber before I found mixed martial arts (plumbing wasn’t the dream either) and quit plumbing after qualifying 4 years later.

I’ve had a pretty successful MMA career, with an amateur record of 9 wins and 1 draw. And a professional MMA record of 12 wins and 2 losses. I also had 4 wins on the reality tv show ‘The Ultimate Fighter’. The Ulltimate Fighter has been a major highlight in my MMA career. The Ultimate Fighter is a competition where they select 8 of the top in the U.K. to head over to America and fight 8 of the top fighters over in America. I was competing on Connor McGregors team and I won all my fights in the show and couldn’t complete in the final due to a visa issue.

The most important thing in this sport is looking after your body. I do this by training smart, eating right and taking the right supplement-CBD.

CBD is something I’ve learned about recently and I’ve heard nothing but good things about it.

I personally like the under the tongue spray and the vaporiser. The cbd balms are great when you have bumps and bruises through training also.

I put my body under tremendous stress through training so I like to switch off when I’m away from the gym too. I like to spend time with my kids, or out in nature (the polar opposite from the gym). I’ve got a fight coming up next month on May 25th at the O2 arena in London.
