The quickest ways to feel the effects of CBD.

The secret to getting the best and fastest results from CBD is to get familiar with the quickest delivery methods. Types of ingestion that ensure CBD gets into your bloodstream as quick as possible…

When it comes to CBD, there are many different ways to get the goodness into you but some methods are favoured more than others. These methods we will go over with you in this blog.

It is important to get as much from every CBD dose as you can. To be able to do this, the bioavailability needs to be at its max.

So, you ask, what actually is bioavailability? Well, it means how much CBD is getting into your bloodstream unchanged, or the percentage of CBD that is absorbed into your blood after any other internal processes happen.

With reference to CBD oil specifically, the bioavailability of the product is how easily the oil is made available to your metabolism.  The route you choose for the CBD to get into your body is extremely important as it consequentially effects how it works.

But firstly, lets discuss why we should be using CBD as a daily supplement?

From the moment we are born, we naturally produce compounds which are called endocannabinoids. These compounds are similar to CBD so really, it’s already in our body.

The inhalation and sublingual routes are the methods we are going to go over for the fastest relief. If you want to get it into your body fast- this is how you do it.

Vape

Vaping is the best way to take CBD because it is the fastest known way to get CBD into your system- entering your bloodstream directly through the lungs. Vaping is also relaxing due to the deep inhales and exhales.

When you are vaping CBD, it gets into your lungs and diffuse in the bloodstream bypassing the stomach and liver allowing four times as much of the product to affect you. This means you can achieve the same beneficial effects with a much smaller amount of CBD.

We sell two pens at CBD Life UK. Our ePen and our PurePen…

 ePen

CBD EPen

Our CBD eliquid pen, has a very straight forward use!

If you buy one of our vape kits they come complete with everything you need. Simply use the pen as and when desired for an instant effect. These pens are perfect for every day use throughout the day!

The cartridges are filled with full spectrum highly concentrated CBD eliquid. This is dewaxed preserving all the natural terpenes in the extract. The eliquid is then flavoured with naturally extracted flavour concentrates.

Available flavours: • Spearmint • Natural Hemp • Blackcurrant • Strawberry • Mango • Menthol

CBD PurePen

CBD PurePen

Our pure pen can also be used as and when needed, however, the pure pen is filled with full Co2 extract which is blended with terpene profiles to give off different effects to the user.

Terpenes are compounds that add to the flavour and scent of marijuana, changing how cannabinoids bind to their receptors, thereby altering their effects on the person.

Terpenes are responsible for the aroma of cannabis and are perfectly safe. Remember, using either of our pens will NOT get you ‘stoned’ and are perfectly legal.

When you choose you pure pen you can choose between two different terpene strains:

Grand daddy purple which can make you feel: relaxed, tired, hungry, a fusion of euphoria and physical relaxation.

Pineapple express which can make you feel: uplifted, euphoric, energetic but also with a relaxed sensation.

Oil

Hemp Oil Spray - 400mg CBD+CBDa

If you are not familiar with the term ‘sublingual’ it basically means ‘absorption under the tongue’. Not absorbed in the stomach or intestines like food is. As the sublingual method is a direct transfer to the blood, it avoids issues to do with intestine barriers. This route also bypasses ‘first pass metabolism’ and the number of capillaries under the tongue allow the CBD to go straight into the blood. This would be how you take our CBD oil and full extract paste.

CBD Hemp Oil is made from high CBD, low THC hemp. Hemp contains only trace amounts of THC, and so these hemp oil products do not get you stoned nor do they alter your mind.

It comes in a spray bottle. All you need to do is lift your tongue, spray, hold for 60 seconds and then swallow.

The taste is acquired and with it being totally natural is known to taste ‘earthy’-if you find this unpleasant, have a glass of water after you have held it in the mouth for 60 seconds or something quick to chew.

Every person is different when it comes to dosage. Generally, we say use 10-20mg every day. In one spray of the oil, there is 5mg so we say at the most use the oil 4 times a day. You can not overdose or become addicted to this.

Paste

Our full extract paste is taken ‘sublingually’. Simply put a grain of rice size amount of paste on your finer and rub under your tongue. Hold for 1-2 mins then swallow. Do this twice a day.

Always remember that each person’s endocannabinoid system works differently and reacts differently with each person body. There is no straight, solid scientific information that states how much CBD you should be taking at any one time, always start off with a small dose and work your way up.

Height and weight play a part as well as the quality of the CBD oil. If you are bigger or taller than the average person you may need more and visa versa. Also, if you have smoked cannabis in the past you may feel like you need more.
