Which CBD Life UK Capsules Are Right for Me?
We regularly hear from our customers that due to CBD being so natural and non-toxic that the taste of the CBD oil can make it hard for them to get the most from their product.
The most common complaint that we get is about the taste of CBD. So, what does it actually taste like?
Although the taste can vary depending on your own unique taste buds, most people tend to say the oil has an “earthy”, “nutty”, or “grass” like taste. This is down to the fact the oil is natural, safe, organic and non-toxic.
With regards to easiness, simplicity, and comfort, the capsules are probably the easiest way to take CBD other than the oil…
While oral consumption is less effective than other methods, it has been shown to have longer lasting effects. It is a comfortable and easy way to take CBD and is good when you only need a small concentration of the product over a longer period. It is also an easy method of taking CBD because cannabinoids can be incorporated into many food products or can ingested easily via capsules or oils.
For a no fuss option, capsules are great and is simply like having your morning or daily vitamins. Our capsules fit in with your supplement routine perfectly as well as being great for those who are constantly on the move.
Before we go over the two types of capsules we sell here at CBD Life UK, lets first recap on why it is important to incorporate CBD into our everyday routines…
Why take CBD?
Every human and many animals too have a system present in their bodies known as The Endogenous Cannabinoid System. This system could possibly be the most important psychological system involving in establishing and maintaining your health. This system is so heavily involved in our health that it can actually restore balance when we are ill or make poor lifestyle choices.
Our Endocannabinoid System which is in every human, helps our immune systems, protect our brains, help us manage stress and even keep our bodies in balance so its vital we keep this system ticking over. Most of us do not realise that our bodies are producing cannabinoids all of the time.
The ECS is our body’s very own control system whereby it is constantly working to keep everything in balance. By topping up this system with cannabinoids through taking CBD it ensures we are reaching our peak performance every day.
Our ECS regulates functions such as: sleep, mood, immune system, metabolism and appetite so it’s so important we get our CBD fix to keep this on top.
Which product is for me?
Here at CBD Life UK, we have CBD capsules in two strengths 10mg and 25mg CBD.
With our capsules you don’t need to worry about dosage as it’s already done for you in the capsule.
If you are a first timer, we say purchase our 10mg capsules…
Most people should be having 1-2 capsules a day for the CBD to get into their systems. You are ok to take them on an empty stomach although we do say try with food to start off. No need to slow down your active lifestyle; simply add CBD capsules to your daily vitamin routine.
Each capsule contains 10mg of CBD which is a very good dose for most users. We recommend taking 1 capsule with food 1-3 times a day.
Our 25mg capsules are obviously 1.5 times as much as the 10mg so usually we say if you are going to take these capsules, make sure you already have a slight tolerance to CBD and that you are only taking 1 day. If you are an experienced user of CBD-2 a day could be the correct dosage for you.
How do I know how much to take?
Each person’s endocannabinoid system works differently and reacts differently with each person body. There is no straight, solid scientific information that states how much CBD you should be taking at any one time, always start off with a small dose and work your way up.
Height and weight play a part as well as the quality of the CBD oil. If you are bigger or taller than the average person you may need more and visa versa. Also, if you have smoked cannabis in the past you may feel like you need more.
Either way we advise you do not go over the daily dosage recommendation of 200mg.
