Straight from the opening bell, Phil was extremely dialed in. He didn’t give Wójcik any space to find his rhythm, just immediately closing the distance and weaponizing his world-class grappling.

With roughly 90 seconds left of the opening round, Phil went for a rear-naked choke but with Wójcik, still pretty fresh, he managed to defend the initial attempt at submission, but he couldn’t escape suffocation…
With less than 1 minute left of the first round, Phil refusing to let Wójcik see the second round, he transitioned his goal & immediately locked in a beautiful bulldog choke. The tight squeeze was way to much for the contender, forcing a tap just 4:08 in.
